Please Note: in addition to being broadcast on our congregation’s YouTube channel, beginning next week, Rabbi Ada’s classes (on Monday and Wednesday) will also be broadcast on Zoom, which will enable people to actively participate.

Broadcast Schedule for Pesach Services:

- Festival morning service for the first day of Pesach: Thursday, April 9 at 10 AM
(no services the evening of the seder, April 8).

- Kabbalat Shabbat Chol Hamoed Pesach: April 10 at 6 PM

- Shabbat morning Chol Hamoed Pesach: April 11 at 9:30 AM

- Festival evening service for the seventh day of Pesach: Tuesday, April 14 at 6 PM

- Festival morning service for the seventh day of Pesaach, Wednesday, April 15 at 9:30 AM.


Please Note:

During Chol Hamoed Pesach, April 12-15, Rabbi Ada’s classes on the weekly Torah portion and on the prophet Jeremiah will not be held.  The classes will restart after Pesach.


Pre-recorded “Seder Night” Led by Rabbi Ada and Cantor Evan:

Rabbi Ada and Cantor Evan in the coming days will pre-record the Pesach seder led by them, in two YouTube recordings (from the beginning of the seder to “Shulchan Orech” and from “Bircat Hamazon” till the conclusion of the seder).  In this way, one can view and listed to the videos the evening of the seder, at a time convenient for you.

The links to the videos for seder night will be sent to you the morning of the seder itself, Wednesday, April 8.


Reaching Out to Our Members Needing Assistance Obtaining Food or Medicine:

Members of our congregation who are in need of assistance in obtaining food or medicine are asked to contact Rabbi Ada (052-4522387) or board member Carmit Federman (050-5544359), who is also a social worker for the Jerusalem municipality.


Reaching the Har-El Staff:

Following the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the Har-El staff will be working from home. We are available and happy to assist you at any time, including during Chol Hamoed Pesach:

Now More Than Ever It’s Time to Lend a Hand – “Kimcha D’fischa” During the Corona Crisis:

Keren B’chavod, the social justice arm of the Reform movement, in coordination with welfare departments around the country, continues its annual “Kimcha D’fischa” (Passover food fund) campaign.  All contributions will be used to purchase food vouchers and provide immediate financial assistance to families in need from all parts of Israeli society.

At the invitation of the Reform Movement, our congregation’s Shabbat morning service was simulcast via “Facebook Live” on our movement’s Facebook page.  More than 420 homes saw the service!
