New Groundbreaking Book – "Dabri Torah" – Women's Commentary on the Torah, Including Rabbi Ada:

Congratulations on the publication of a new groundbreaking book titled "Dabri Torah – Israeli Women Interpret the Torah", edited by Rabbi Dr. Alona Lisitsa and initiated by the Hebrew Union College.  This feminist book is the first of its kind, bringing a variety of interpretations for each weekly Torah portion, including chapters written by Israeli Jewish women from different backgrounds, ethnic groups, and parts of society, both native Israelis and those who made aliyah.

The book reminds us that the Torah belongs to all of us: women who professionally engage in Torah day and night, women who live by its rules according to their interpretations and their world-view, and women who are involved with other fields but feel a connection to Torah as their people's heritage.

The book can be purchased in stores and online directly through the publisher (please click here).

* In the book you will find Rabbi Ada's commentary on Parashat "Korach" (Rabbi Ada read it as her sermon last Friday evening; see the announcement below).

Sermon by Rabbi Ada for Parashat "Korach" – as Published in the Book "Dabri Torah" (see the above announcement):
